Corporate Social Responsibility Associate

New mindsets are required for businesses to gain positive impact and maintain sustainable growth. Throughout JC PROcruit C, young talents will be trained to formulate and execute corporate initiatives that support business and address community needs.

Purposes

• Contribute to corporate’s creation of shared value and initiatives for social good
• Leverage the young talent to bring in fresh, creative ideas to enhance Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programmes of corporations

Potential Employers

The CSR divisions of corporations (e.g private property management companies, Chamber of Commerce) that

• Promote a corporate branding and image that the company is dedicated to social good
• Generate more innovative CSR initiatives at the workplace

Social enterprises or NGOs that

• Foster a positive brand image for social enterprises in the community

Promote the professional services offered by the social enterprises to the community

• Cultivate a creative and engaging working culture at the workplace through CSR initiatives

Job Duties

• Assist in planning and executing of CSR activities, such as sustainability initiatives, community engagement projects or school education programs
• Support the research and formulation in CSR strategies by reviewing related trends on different media platforms and suggesting innovative project ideas to address them
• Support the engagement of employees by communicating the values behind CSR initiatives and suggesting innovative measures to address their feedback on their working environments
• Assist in promoting CSR activities through social media platforms by following up the audience’s inquiries, planning outreach campaigns and producing contents
• Offer administrative and clerical support project documentation, proposal development and budget management
