• Support the research and analyses of products and services to provide customised and better solutions

Job Duties

• Collect and analyse customers’ behavioural data to devise strategies for product enhancement and conversion
• Suggest and experiment new product features to validate their business viability in response to the customers’ feedback
• Assist the Product Managers to create sales and marketing strategies and initiatives by researching the competitions, market trends or upcoming networking opportunities
• Facilitate the product development cycles with clear documentation and reporting
• Facilitate communication among key stakeholders, from internal managers to external vendors, to define the scope, costs and timelines for the existing and new products
