Design Trainee (UI/UX, digital technology)

Purpose

• Support the digital transformation and innovation of businesses to meet the societal challenges and rising demands for user-experience platforms (UXP) to further improve the user experience

• Digital Tech, Art Tech and Fintech enterprises or startups who provide caring products and services through technology

Job Duties

• Build, manage, maintain and enhance a UXP to improve interaction with clients and expand reach to potential clients
• Research market needs and provide insights, ideas and technical support in improving user experiences and sales/marketing initiatives
• Develop and implement creative online and offline marketing campaigns using various materials, artworks and concepts to engage with the existing and potential customers
• Manage and track the engagement and performance of different digital marketing channels, such as SEO, content marketing, and social media profiles
• Assist with the design and revamping of website, mobile application, brochures, posters, e-newsletters, and other materials
