• Help identify scenarios for technology adoption, facilitate commercialisation and increase clients’ satisfaction for caring products and services

Job Duties

• Identify, reach out and communicate the companies’ offerings to potential clients for new business opportunities
• Provide dedicated customer services, from handling their inquiries to following up their feedback with effective communication
• Collaborate with the Engineering Team to communicate customer requirements and support sales and marketing initiatives
• Support any commercialisation efforts, such as meeting business compliance requirements
